Leisure International employ project managers with an average industry related experience in excess of 20 years. All project managers are ONC / HNC qualified engineers and also have “industry related” qualifications such as:
- CITB (Site Supervisoer Safety Qualification)
- CDM Trained (Construction Design Management)
All of the team have managed contracts that cover local authority, leisure industry and private ventures.
On large or complex projects the Project Manager will be the main focal point for the contract post order placement and will generate critical path Gantt charts that reflect agreed programme parameters and interfaces with other trades. They will also have control of labour resource and be able to discuss and implement any client request variations that may arise during the build period.
The project manager will review all pre-tender and construction phase documentation and ensure that any contract specific detail is reflected in the method statements and risk assessments that are then generated.
The final involvement is to formally sign off and handover the installed system and issue as built drawings and operations & maintenance manuals.
At the time of completion our site supervisor will accompany the clients nominated representative on a visual inspection of the completed system. The purpose is so any issues found by the client or highlighted by Xtreme can be discussed and action can be taken to immediately address the problem. Once all snagging is complete the Completion Certificate will be signed by both parties and a copy of the O&M manual will be presented.
